Chef Nils has put together an array or pork dishes sure to please and pair perfectly with the whiskey line-up put together by our Sommelier, Mani González. Educators from WhistlePig will be on hand to teach you how a band of dedicated rye enthusiasts transformed an old dairy farm into a Whiskey-making paradise that went on to produce some of the best and most coveted whiskeys in the world.
