& oysters rockefeller - spinach, sambucca, bacon, hollandaise

One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish
pan seared red snapper w/ roasted fennel, artichoke, caper, pistachio salad and roasted beet puree
or roast blue fish w/ lemon, ginger, cilantro, scallion glaze and crisp yucca
