After several nights of discussing past travels, meals enjoyed, and friends remembered, business visionaries James & Sean Abrams along with Award Winning Chef, Nils Tarantik, concluded our beautiful city needed an establishment that could hold its own with any of those destinations. A few of the “must haves” for this undertaking included a warm, plush and sophisticated setting, an award-winning wine & beverage program, a menu filled with globally influenced dishes, prepared with fresh, local/regional ingredients and a team of inspired hospitality professionals to bring it all together.
Following months of planning, construction and long dedicated nights, they arrived at the conclusion this restaurant would be a gift for the people who live, work and travel to Sarasota.
